Bouchard Physical Therapy Services was founded out of a need to provide dedicated and skillful Physical Therapy Services through professional and caring staff in appropriate facilities where improvement, training, teaching, healing and wellbeing education takes place in a trusted, personal and comfortable environment.
Our Mission is seeing our physically disadvantaged and injured clients restored to health in a comfortable, caring and personalized atmosphere, where skilled Physical Therapy is delivered through trusted, credible and capable hands. Our mission also includes to educate and train our patients and clients about the mechanism of recovery and restoration, and their self care treatments.
