At our clinics we evaluate and treat each patient individually, we consider especially soft tissue and myofascial imbalances that have become tight, restricted and tense. We identify where these have resulted in one of the five principles that cause pain:
1. Ischemia
lack of blood and nutrition in the body cell.
nerves fire impulses at a rapid speed into an area of the body other than has been traumatized.
pressure on a nerve by bone, cartilage or soft tissue.
imbalance of the muscular system.
imbalance resulting in faulty movement.

It is a whole-body, hands-on approach for the treatment of the human structure. Its focus is the fascial system. Physical trauma, an inflammatory or infectious process, or structural imbalance from dental mal-occlusion, osseous restriction, leg length discrepancy, and pelvic rotation all may create inappropriate fascial strain. Training the fascial and soft tissue to return to a normal status.

Massaging the affected tissue by hand to decrease muscle spasms, decrease scar tissue formation, increase circulation and nutrition to the tissues.

A passive, gentle stretch-pull of the affected body part, to release the stiff and tight soft tissue and joint structure. This pull is generated manually by the therapist. e.g. to stimulate a release and to begin a relief of the pressure on a disk in the neck or lower back. e.g. to stimulate a release in the joint structures of the extremities (arm, leg etc.)
A gentle pull (prolonged) on the cervical spine, neck, thoracic spine, or lower back, lumbar spine to relieve the pressure on joint structures, or disc. This pull is generated with a mechanical device.
It determines the cause of the patient's faulty posture or movement, or why the patient can not perform that certain movement or work activity. It specifically addresses the muscular and skeletal and soft tissues. It detects and identifies deficits, imbalances, and problem areas:
1. In the skeletal structure
2. In strength
3. Mobility
4. Functional motion
5. Stability of these tissues.

Aerobic exercises such as using the stationary bicycle, treadmill, stair-climber machine, upper extremity resistive machine (UBE) which are used in a cardiovascular reconditioning exercise program.

Active exercises instructed by the therapist and performed in functional patterns such as lifting, bending, carrying, reaching, turning, sitting correctly, getting in and out of a car correctly, climbing stairs with crutches, from back-lying to rolling to side, to raising to sitting, to raising to standing, to standing correctly.
Training the muscle and the nerve of the affected muscle to perform normally, to re-educate the central nervous system to bring the body back in balance. Parts of the body not to stay in shortened (hyper-tonic) or lengthened (hypo-tonic) status for prolonged period of time. This is achieved through manually initiated stimuli through prolonged touch, or guided resisted movements, and active movement patterns closely guided. The patient is in direct contact with the therapist. This could also be an educational session with the therapist.
Taking an area of the affected soft tissue body part and moving it in all directions to initiate an increase of circulation and to free it from stiffness, tightness, and immobility. Setting a stimuli to make the restricted and painful area mobile again and restore its full released normal function. This is necessary prior to active stretch exercises or strength exercises to actually see results.
Stretching, strengthening, mobility, flexibility and relaxation exercises performed under the supervision and guidance of the physical therapist. These exercises are for the affected body parts. e.g. leg, arm, shoulder, back, pelvis, abdomen, neck, head, feet, hand.
Are gentle isometric exercises that influence the repositioning of the faulty skeletal joint alignment to normal skeletal joint alignment utilizing the natural Law of Righting.
